My therapeutic approach offers hope to individual adults and couples suffering from: distress, conflicts, or frustrations. My therapeutic modality is a safe, collaborative, and interactive style to help clients examine current and early family roles and coping styles. I help clients improve and strengthen their relationships by gaining new insights and actively enhancing practical steps that promote mastery in building relationship skills. I am comfortable counseling clients from a variety of different ethnic backgrounds. I am sensitive to a client's personal beliefs and the issues that arise from religious/spiritual conflicts. I have had many years of experience working with clients suffering from the devastation of panic attacks and phobias. The good news is there are many good and effective techniques to overcome this terrible affliction.
