My specialty is psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families whose lives have become difficult, painful, or confusing or whose lives seem to be missing something. They may experience feelings of frustration, loss of hope, guilt, fear, helplessness, edginess, or sadness. I look for ways to help people understand themselves.

My strengths as a therapist are my willingness to work hard with clients to find their own solutions and to be caring while helping people wrestle with difficult issues. I focus on making the therapy "user-friendly" by being honest and active during the treatment.
